Just today, after years and years, we found out that a lot of people didn't find the search engine much chop. Thanks to Emanuel, ALSC moderator - years of frustration has been fixed.
The key for most people was to uncheck the "Search by date:" function so the engine will go right back and look at all posts.

So give it a go - search and all will be revealed. By searching before asking a question - you'll get more cred - and it will save Manny posting up the search link again and again. :)
